INAGURAL ALÁRA EMERGE COMPETITION - 2018

I led a team of 6 to implement and execute the Inaugural Emerge competition launched in Nigeria, set up an application process online and built a feedback monitoring platform which resulted in 5000 applicants across Africa, a part sponsorship with Virgin Atlantic, and financial grants and mentorship for the top 3 winners. Built quarterly content calendars for social media marketing, created newsletters, and managed all paid, earned, and owned media resulting in consistent and effective communication.
